Changes to the Exhibitor Portal

We have made several improvements to the website and the exhibitor portal. Below we detail some of the most relevant changes you will notice:

  • My Account

    There is now a new My Account shortcut in the Toolbar at the top of all websites.

    From this dropdown menu you can access:

    • Exhibitor Portal - Manage your companies profiles
    • My Account - Manage your personal preferences
    • Inbox - View all personal messages sent to you and that you have sent
    • Calendar - See your agenda for the days of the event
    • Show Planner - View and manage all content you have added to your show planner
  • Notifications

    Within the toolbar you will see 3 new notification icons to help you see when something new requires your attention. These are:

    • Messages - You can see all personal and company messages you have received and view the most recent
    • Tasks - If there are any outstanding tasks you need to complete these will appear here
    • Leads - When you receive a new lead you will be notified here
  • Managing your sharers

    If you have stand sharers you can see them all now from a single page within the exhibitor portal, and quickly access their details if you need to amend anything, then return to your the main company simply and easily
