      Yes, Aircraft Interiors Expo LA is free to attend for industry professionals.

      While the show is co-located with APEX EXPO and IFSA EXPO, remember to check your badge to see the times you will be allowed entry into the co-located shows.

      AIX airline and press attendees will have access to:

      Who visits Aircraft Interiors Expo LA?

      Visitors who attend the event from around the world are looking to buy, and may be looking for what you offer. This includes key airline representatives from more than 100 unique airlines, OEMs and top of the chain suppliers.

      How do I get to the venue?

      AIX LA will be held at the Los Angeles Convention Center, California (LACC), USA. Located in prime downtown LA, the LACC is easily accessible from all major freeways and approximately a 20 minute drive from LAX.

      Is there any parking?

      There is parking, as well as 12 EV charging stations available for electric cars. Daily parking rate ranges USD 15-30.

      The venue is in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and are prepared to accommodate all visitors – including designated parking, automatic doors, elevators, restrooms and more.

      How do I plan my travel and accommodation?

      Do I require a visa to enter America, if so how do I obtain one?

      Visitors

      Visitors from all over the world are welcome to attend AIX LA. However, unfortunately we are unable to provide letters of invitation to assist with your visa application process.

      If your business is relevant to AIX LA you will be able to prove this at the Embassy in your country by providing proof of your employment and the nature of your employer's business.

      Please visit the U.S. Department of State website for further information on the visa application process.

      Note: We cannot amend visa letters, as amendments need to be made through the U.S. Department of State.

      Exhibitors

      If you are exhibiting at AIX LA, you will be able to request a visa letter to support your application through the Exhibitors Hub. We will send you a link and information when it is live.

      Do I have to register to attend as Media?
      Yes, to attend AIX LA as Media you will need to complete the media registration form, which will then be vetted for verification. Registration is not live until Spring 2019, so complete the below form and we will be in touch when registration is live.

      Who should register as Media?

      Media badges are only accredited to journalists. Marketing, sales and advertising positions are not entitled to a media badge, but can register free of charge for a visitors badge.
