The Oil Burner for Seat Cushion test (also known as the Fireblock test or Combination Burn) is used to show compliance with 14 CFR 25.853(c). Testing is performed per 14 CFR 25, Appendix F, Part II and Chapter 7 of the Materials Fire Test Handbook. This test is used for aircraft seat cushions.
